Contributions Wanted on My Chinese Learning Journey
Since the establishment of Confucius Institute at University of Rwanda (CIUR) in 2009, it has trained nearly ten thousand Rwanda students. Affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, CIUR has changed from offline teaching to online teaching. In order to enrich students' online learning life, CIUR put out calls for submissions about Chinese Language learning. If you have a completed stories, essays, videos or pictures about your Chinese learning experiences, these are good opportunities. What you submit is more likely to be published on media platform of CIUR.

Students who are leaning or learned Chinese in CIUR.
Teachers who are working or worked in CIUR.
3. Collection Time
From now on until August 30th 2020.
4. Work Requirements
a. All forms of contributions are welcomed, such as essay, video, painting, calligraphy, and photography.
b. Your works are about your stories or true feelings when you study Chinese; your working or teaching experiences in CIUR or Comparison between Chinese culture or Rwanda culture.
c. Composition is about 300—1000 words. The genre is unlimited and the language can be Chinese, English, Kinyarwanda or even 2 or 3 among them.
5. Rewards
a. First Prize (1 person), Second Prizes (2p), Third Prizes (3p) for Every form;
b. Excellence Award (Entry Award, 1p);
c. Internet Popularity Award (3p);
d. One special award.
All the winners will be provided with awards and certificates.
6. Submission
a. The manuscript should be sent to the designated mailbox in electronic version, with the theme and detailed information, including name, school. Contact email ciurwanda@gmail.com.
b.Videos or audio works can be uploaded on website and send the links to this mailbox. ciurwanda@gmail.com.
c.Handicrafts and paintings sent to office: Confucius Institute at UR, Remera Campus.
7. Consent
Contributions should be original and the participants are self-responsibility for your own works and own the copyright.

卢旺达大学孔子学院第一届“我和汉语/孔院的故事”征文启事
卢旺达大学孔子学院自2009年正式运营以来,累计培养了近万名汉语学习者。在汉语学习的过程中,出现了诸多值得记录的故事。2020年疫情期间,卢大孔院遵循卢旺达的疫情防控措施,9月之前不再开展线下教学活动。为了激发学生在线学习热情,卢大孔院特面向卢大孔院师生,举办“我与汉语/孔院的故事”主题征文活动。
一、征文对象(个人或集体)
卢大孔院所有在任和已离任的教师
卢大孔院所有在校和已毕业的学生
二、内容主题(包括但不限于)
教学、工作、生活的体验和经验感受
学习汉语或中国文化的经验感受、故事
师生关系、师生故事、同事、同学之间的故事
中卢文化交流与对比
三、征文形式
文字(300~1000)
图片和文字说明
视频(长短不限,可自行上传发送链接)
音乐
手工艺品
四、语言要求(可以选择其中的1-3种)
汉语
英语
卢旺达语
五、征文时间
即日起至2020年8月31日
六、奖项设置
根据投稿的类别,每一类别分设一等奖一名、二等奖二名、三等奖三名、优秀奖六名。
另设特等奖一名(综合所有内容),最佳人气奖三名(自媒体传播数量)。
获奖者除获得相应的奖品以外,均会获得获奖证书。
